UV radiation (sunbathing, solarium) should be avoided for four weeks before and after the treatment. Shaving is exceptionally permitted during this period; however, you should refrain from using sugar thread or waxing during this period. One day before your appointment, shave the area to be treated thoroughly. For a treatment in the intimate area, we recommend a loose cotton slip for the intimate area on the treatment day to protect the sensitive skin. After the treatment, you should also take care of your skin and yourself - use a moisturizing cream, drink plenty of water and avoid excessive water.
Since our modern Hyperpulse devices do not exclusively target the hair dye melanin, all skin and hair types can be treated with the exception of grey and white hair.
Treatment during pregnancy and lactation is not possible. Further contraindications are communicable diseases, inflammatory skin diseases, psoriasis, neurodermatitis, skin cancer, dark moles and tattoos. If you are taking medication, please inform your cosmetician in advance.
Hair growth is cyclical, which means that we can only remove hair that is directly under the skin surface. We achieve more hair with each treatment.
Some guests feel at most a slight prick; the treatment is almost painless. The devices are individually adapted to you in order to guarantee as pleasant a treatment as possible.
The duration of the treatment depends on the hair growth and the part of the body to be treated. As a rule, we achieve a satisfactory result after six to ten weeks, with four to six weeks between each treatment.
