Das Beauty-Abo kann in unseren Studios erworben werden oder auch Online. Unsere Kolleginnen vor Ort beraten Dich gerne auf die entsprechenden Dienstleistungen und erklären Dir die Bestandteile der verschiedenen Varianten des Beauty-Abos nochmals ausführlich.
You receive this 10% discount during the active term of your beauty subscription. Beauty products are all sales products available in the studio: Senzera cosmetics, Dermalogica or Pure altitude and OPI. The discount is currently not redeemable in our online shop. The discount cannot be combined with other discounts/actions.
Das Beauty-Abo kann auch für eine andere Person abgeschlossen werden. Es ist damit eine tolle Geschenkidee für alle Anlässe.
Deine S-Card hat eine reguläre Laufzeit von 1 Jahr, wenn Du diese neu abschließt. Die S-Card verlängert sich nicht automatisch. Nach dem automatischen Ablauf Deiner S-Card kannst Du bequem das Beauty-Abo abschließen. Natürlich kannst Du das aber auch jederzeit während Deiner aktuellen Laufzeit der S-Card machen.
Die S-Card ist eine Kundenkarte, die einmalig für einen Jahresbeitrag von 132,– Euro bei uns erworben werden kann und automatisch ausläuft. Während der Laufzeit erhältst Du unsere ermäßigten S-Card Preise auf all unsere Dienstleistungen. Diese sind im Durchschnitt 30% unter dem Normalpreis.
Das Beauty-Abo ist eine Mitgliedschaft für 12 Monate. Im Rahmen der Mitgliedschaft kann einmal im Monat die Haarentfernung an den Körperbereichen, welche in der jeweiligen Varianten enthalten sind, in Anspruch genommen werden. Auf alle anderen Dienstleistungen erhältst Du die S-Card-Preise und außerdem noch 10% Rabatt auf alle Beauty-Verkaufsprodukte.
Mit Deinem Beauty-Abo kannst Du einmal im Monat, ganz flexibel, die Dienstleistung der ausgewählten Variante machen lassen. Für folgende 6 Variante kannst Du Dich entscheiden:

Das Beauty-Abo ist deutschlandweit in unseren Senzera Studios einzulösen. Und auch in unseren Studios in Österreich kann das Beauty-Abo in Anspruch genommen werden. Du hast auch hier die gewohnte Flexibilität von Senzera, in alle Studios zu gehen.
Wenn Du bereits ein bestehendes Beauty-Abo bei uns hast, läuft dieses zunächst ganz normal weiter. Wenn Du nun eine andere Variante haben möchtest, kannst Du zu dieser wechseln. Hierzu musst Du Dich jedoch zunächst an den Beauty-Abo Service wenden. Das neue Abo startet ab dem nächsten Monat.
Bei einem Wechsel werden 10€ Bearbeitungsgebühren fällig und die Laufzeit beginnt wieder von vorne. Du hast also dann wieder ein Jahr Mindestlaufzeit.
Die verschiedenen Beauty-Abo Varianten können nicht untereinander kombiniert werden. Du musst dich für die Variante entscheiden, welche am besten zu Dir passt.
As usual, you can postpone or cancel your appointment at any time up to 24 hours in advance. Please note that the availability of new dates may be limited, especially in the summer months. It is always better to arrange a follow-up appointment directly in the studio. This way you can be sure that you will get your desired date. Should you not be able to keep the agreed date of the beauty subscription, we will still have to charge the monthly fee. However, you will then have the opportunity to book an alternative date at a reduced price.

Natürlich kannst Du für alle weiteren Beauty-Behandlungen, die Du zum S-Card Preis erhältst, gerne öfters kommen.
The beauty subscription is personal. Therefore we ask you to have your identity card ready for your appointments for identification purposes.
Appointment bookings for the beauty subscription are normally based on the availability in our calendars. To make sure that you as a beauty subscription guest can always keep your appointment, we recommend that you plan your appointments well in advance of the month. It is best to make the next appointment for the following month directly in the studio during your treatment.

Gegen andere Körperbereiche oder andere Enthaarungsarten kann die Dienstleistung nicht getauscht werden. Du kannst lediglich zwischen den verschiedenen Varianten wechseln.
If you have not paused your beauty subscription, the monthly fee will still be charged. Dates cannot be "accumulated" and taken into later months.

... what happens to my beauty subscription? Can I pause my beauty subscription?
The membership of the beauty subscription can be suspended by presenting an appropriate medical certificate (illness, pregnancy). Once the medical indication has ceased to exist, the contract is extended by the time the contract was suspended.
The beauty subscription is personal and cannot be transferred to other persons.
Der Vertrag für das Beauty-Abo wird im Studio oder Online abgeschlossen. Die Vertragsunterlagen bekommst Du dann an die von Dir hinterlegte E-Mail Adresse geschickt.
The regular contract period of the beauty subscription is 12 months. Cancellation takes place 3 months before the end of the contract. Otherwise, the contract is extended by 12 months.
If the change of residence involves an unreasonable distance to a Senzera studio, the subscription can be cancelled. The change of residence must be documented by presenting the confirmation of change of address.
The administration fee is generated by ongoing administrative procedures. It is debited once a year. The first payment is due when the contract is concluded.
Wenn Du Deinen Vertag im Studio vereinbarst, ist dieser sofort gültig. Schließt Du Deinen Vertrag online ab, beginnt er zum ersten des nächsten Monats.
Wenn Du zum Beispiel Mitte Januar Den Vertrag online festlegst, dann beginnt er am ersten Februar.
Außerdem kann es dazu kommen, dass zwei Beiträge aus den ersten Monaten bei Abschluss im Studio gleichzeitig abgebucht werden. Warst Du zum Beispiel am 19. Januar dort und hast an diesem Tag dein Abo abgeschlossen, dann kann es dazu kommen, dass Du im Februar sowohl den ersten Monat als auch den Betrag für den zweiten Monat abgebucht bekommst. Danach wird ab März ganz regulär immer der aktuelle Monat eingezogen.
